Every December, the Nederland Volunteer Fire Rescue family comes together to celebrate the season with gratitude, unity, and purpose. Our annual Holiday Charity Drive & Community Celebration brings neighbors and friends together to share the true spirit of the holidays — through generosity, fellowship, and service. Together, we bring warmth, hope, and joy to families and children in need across Nederland.

Our Mission
The Nederland Volunteer Fire Rescue Inc is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting lives, building community, and giving back through service and compassion. What began as a group of local volunteers committed to helping their neighbors has grown into a lasting tradition of courage, unity, and care for families across Nederland.

We believe that service, community, and compassion go hand in hand. By combining emergency response with charitable outreach, we strengthen the bond between our firefighters and the people we serve. Through our annual charity drives, community events, and partnerships with local organizations, we bring hope and support to families when they need it most.

Time: 7:00 PM – Midnight
Cost: Free to participate! Just bring a new, unwrapped toy 🎁
What to Wear: Festive sweaters, Santa hats, or holiday gear—get in the spirit and spread cheer!
Where It Goes: All toys and donations go directly to the Nederland Volunteer Fire Rescue Holiday Toy Drive, helping local families and children in need.
🎁 Donate a Toy – Bring a new, unwrapped toy to the event or drop it off at participating bars.
👯 Volunteer – Help us coordinate, decorate, and keep the festivities running smoothly.
💖 Sponsor Us – Partner with us to showcase your business and support the community.
